I was 35 when I started to develop Alopecia Areata. My wife brought it to my attention that I have a hairless spot on my scalp – a ¼ inch in diameter. I didn’t get too excited and basically forgot about it up until the neighborhood barber asked me (while waving his scissors impatiently): “what’s that spot you got here…?”
Jesus, after a brief check I realized it was a second spot!!! Then I began losing my serenity. You can read the whole story in my post but what’s important is that I started this blog about natural hair loss remedies in order to share my experience and insights about the problem and even more important – to invite others to share their knowledge too, provide feedback of what’s out there in terms of hair loss treatments that help reduce hair loss or stimulate the regrowth of hair again while minimizing the agony of going through that process alone.
The scope of this blog is to cover not only the experience of those who suffer from Alopecia but to cover hair loss in general: whether the cause is heredity, aging, unbalanced diet, psychological/physiological stress, Menopause, other health conditions or just bad habits like frequent shampooing and improper care.

It’s touching to hear someone share his experience with others – and yes of course it wirth blogging about, we’re in web 2.0 age right? why not blogging about hair loss then?
